Pre-production: We inspect the working performance, appearance and quantity of all parts (manual inspection by workers) to ensure the integrity of the parts and prevent potential quality hazards.
Production: We inspect all semi-finished products working performance, appearance and quantity of digital machine inspection to prevent damaged appearance and quality products from reaching packaging department (production department machine inspection)
Before packing: We inspect the working performance, appearance and quantity of all finished products (through electronic testing equipment and manual processing, then plastic sealing and packaging, to prevent damp products from causing damage to cartons.
